Both look fine, although the Belkin would win imho because of the fact it has the little desk mount, rather than having it stuck out the side of the PC.

Re: recommended!..
If I were to choose, I would choose the Belkin. (in this case it would win the choice out of the two)
If you look at the image for the Belkin, it has a little stand, attached to a USB cable, which would plug into the PC. Then the USB adapter would sit in the cradle on your desktop or a higher position, rather than be stuck out of the back or side of the PC or Laptop.
Although the Belkin could be used just like the Netgear, stuck out of the side or the back of the PC / Laptop. (without using the cradle)
imho - in my humble opinion~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: recommended!..
Absolutely no idea. Remember speed wise, you would not benefit unless you had the equivalent specc'ed router. If you have any of the black Sky routers, they are only 54Mbps.
It has to be your decision.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: recommended!..
If you are not too PC minded I would take NR's original advice -
Sky used to sell a Netgear one, about the £20 mark. Give them a ring.
You will then get support from Sky if you need it. I doubt if the 50 - 60 pound jobs will be that much better. If you have a PC as opposed to a laptop, then a PCI card is usually superior to USB.
Wireless networking depends a lot on the fabric of the house you live in. If you have a modern 'eggcrate' it will be fine, if you are in an older house with substantial walls/ceiling/floors you could have problems. Homeplug or Powerline networking is superior for both speed and stability.
