Re: BBC Watchdog survey of ISPs
Maybe this has something to do with me urging everyone who was having problems getting connected to Sky BB to contact watchdog? who knows.
One thing for sure though is that the CS for broadband still stinks. They really need to get it up to the level of CS they have for TV pretty quick.
That said, there are ISP's out there who are way way worse than Sky could ever be & these have been slated by watchdog on more than one occasion.
You guys seem very defensive of Sky just lately, I don't for one minute feel that watchdog are carrying out a survey of ISP's just to have a pop at Sky.
All in all (with the exception of broadband CS) Sky get an overall excellent rating from me as I'm sure they do from the majority of their customers & they sure won't worry what watchdog have to say, given that they are embarking on the biggest broadband roll out this country has seen there are bound to be some customers who experience problems however you just know that when the dust settles their service will be among the best out there.Last edited by Psycho; 09-03-07 at 10:29 AM. ~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: BBC Watchdog survey of ISPs
I'll demonstrate how defensive of SKY we are if, bearing in mind my exchange is now unbundled, they do not tranfer me from Connect at £5 PCM within their suggested 6 month timescale and attempt to charge me any more thereafter!

Re: BBC Watchdog survey of ISPs
Wish I had found this last week before giving a MAC code to Sky on Thursday then being without BB since Friday.
Would have been negative everything except the ordering process, nice and smooth and money taken same day!!
