Thank you
As my post regarding AOL was lost on the server crash, I will repost again.
As our advertising contract with AOL has now finished, on behalf of Glenn and myself we would like to say a big thank-you to AOL who bought a 3 month block of advertising with us. Without their help SkyUser would not be as big or custom looking as it is today, and we are eternally grateful for their support.
The monies that we received have been totally reinvested into what SkyUser is today and we are pleased to announce that we have secured the site for the next 6 months or so.
We still have a load of new features to add, and hopefully we will find the time to do so asap.
As you can see we do still have banners showing on here, these are through an affiliate program. However there is no guarantee of any income if any from these. Therefore we would welcome any new Sponsors or advertisers, so that we could fund future improvements.
We believe, that we have now laid the foundation stones for the future of SkyUser and hopefully we can help Sky customers for years to come.Last edited by NewsreadeR; 19-01-07 at 01:43 AM.

Re: Thank you
Big thanks to AOL because with out them this site wouldn't be here and that is the bottom line.

Re: Thank you
On the other hand. I'm a bit upset with AOL myself, because now that I have switched from Freedom2Surf to Sky Broadband, the AOL mail servers will no longer accept connections from my mail server, which prevents some of AOL's customers from using a mailing list which I have been running for the last few years.

Re: Thank you
We do not want donations from the members Fibre, that still stands, however a few large companies do read the site, and it is those that we would welcome.
I see Talk Talk are £3Million better off at the moment~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
