it is indeed a shame that it had had to be removed, but as you say the few ruin it for the many as is always the case

Got to agree!
I have to agree. Yes we all understand that people have a problem with sky broadband. In fact most of us who have become members probably came here in the first place because of glitches of some kind or another, but this is no reason to become abusive towards either forum members or the forum itself. The forum is there to help not as a 'slagging off Sky' arena!
If these people have a problem with Sky Broadband then they should telephone Sky customer services on 08705515515 (option 6).
These people forget that the forum members are giving up there own time and knowledge to help others for free. Personally I think they should be admired for that (as do most of us)!!

It is sad that it has had to have been removed but it is for the best as I always believe that it is better if this option is not enabled, firstly so there are no rubbish postings as what happened here and secondly because it can get quite tricky reading a thread where two or more unregistered members are posting !
