Re: Our story makes front page of TBB
And still the rumours continue, no link to us though.
A BSkyB representative would not discuss details, saying: "Sky has become the UK's fastest-growing broadband and telephony provider since our launch last year. We're now examining options to broaden access to the benefits and value that we can provide. However, no plans are confirmed at this time.""While we are not sure about the name, we believe this would make strategic sense."
We are extremely confident that the name is Picnic Broadband, not only by the PM's and emails that we have received, but by pretty definitive words / actions.
Watch this space, November is not that far away.Last edited by NewsreadeR; 04-09-07 at 09:44 PM.

Edinburgh Evening News - Business - BSkyB to net new web offer
The company has admitted it is considering options to "broaden access" to its products and services. Insiders also say several web domain names have been registered for Picnic Broadband.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Our story makes front page of TBB
Now this just annoys me:
Browser Unsupported
Industry magazine ISPreview, which first published the story, claim the package will come with some kind of new voice service.

AND HERE: 24/08/07

A full 10 days before TBB did, which is where everyone got the information from. TBB and The Register, are the only ones to acknowledge it.
Grrrr - How annoying is that?~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Our story makes front page of TBB
I did say somewhere on here the other day that a lot of the sites like The Register are not giving enough credit to this site and that link just proves my point.
Changing tact for a minute, you a like a bloodhound on this aren't you
