but he/she could report all the problems we have had and are having with ther support system, its a more direct feedback route. thats what I was thinking

i do believe that is one of there main aims, to find problem trends and report back about them, but i do think they know that CS needs to evolve a lot more

Hi Flange, there is no reason for those staff to stop visiting or posting, their help is also just as welcome.
This way we have a route to escalate problems, feedback, etc quicker.
The only thing that we have to make sure, is there is no conflicting help, ie in between Tiers etc. As this could be unbeneficial.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Although I wasn't keen on sky's official participation, I welcome it under the conditions stated in the original post. Maybe I'll get my broadband at long last!
