COnnecting 2 Netgear Routers - or Bridging?

      Hi,

How can I connect 2 Netgear routers on the same main Phone line or bridge them for signal boost?

I have a sky router (the black box version - can't find the model number) connected to my main telephone line in my house; I've now upgraded to Sky HD so to obtain some of the features from that my router now has to be connected to the HD sky box.

My home study, is in a converted garage at the bottom of my garden. The distance between my router and my study is slightly too far for the wireless to reach.
The phone line installed in my study is taken from the same main line into my house, so in effect also making it my main line as well.

I have a second Netgear DG834G v2 Router in my study and wondered if somebody could help and give step by step instructions of how I could possibly configure/setup both of these to run together or perhaps to be used as a signal bridge.

      Thank you.

Please do not post the same query in different sections, it only leads to confusion.

Replies to this query should be made here -
