Slow speed on one PC but not the other

Help me if you can im slowing down.

I am having problems with my PC; I have just run a speed test using Speedtest.bbmax.co.uk and the results are poor. I normally get a report of around 11-12meg and upload of 650. Since I installed the MS updates last week I have noticed performance issues on my PC using sky, the test I have just run is 612k and upload of 647. I have run the TCP fix from this site which normally resolves the problem but not this time. At this point I thought it was a problem with SKY and was about to call support, then remembered that my daughters Laptop is also connected, I ran the same test on her PC and got the normal result of 11-12meg and upload of 650.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

      All Sorted....
Not sure what happened, left the router off while I was at work. When I returned home and run TCP config again, I got 13 meg on both the PC and the Laptop.
      Very strange.....
