    Sooo soo low

      ive had Max for about 2 months now, i live about 1.4 miles away from the closesnt exchange i know of.

      Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 2496 kbps 768 kbps
      Line Attenuation 52.0 db 31.5 db
      Noise Margin 7.8 db 13.0 db

      i had some major issues with disconnections, but i unticked UPnP and it went away until today when it went out for about 3 hours.

      i see people with like 7000 and saying they have slow connections.

      ill apreciate any help given thanks. if you need any more info could u please ask.

      thought i was logged in... obviously not.

      i should be able to at least be getting 4000 kb/s, well thats what the tests say. but how can i do that.

      With an attenuation of 52db you could get a shade over 5000kbps on a relatively noise free line.

      You need to run a test from your test socket which you will find behind the faceplate of your master socket (assuming you have an NTE5).

      Please post before and after stats. The two tests need to be done within a few minutes of each other to avoid noise margin variations.

      Are them second stats from the master test socket?
