Should I have a higher sync rate?

Hi, I've had Sky Max for 2 weeks now. My stats are:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8190 kbps 385 kbps
Line Attenuation 25.0 db 12.2 db
Noise Margin 15.6 db 23.8 db

From what I've read these figures of Line Attenuation and Noise Margin should give me speeds like 15mbps. Am I correct in thinking this? If so does anyone why this wouldnt be the case?

I've tried the test socket behind the faceplate and it was pretty much the same.

      Any other suggestions?

      Thanks
      Amit

Looks like youv been placed on another pack by mistake? As that upload isnt for MAX?

And judging on that attenuation you should be able to get 15mb!

Have you given Sky a call yet?
