      I would appreciate some help

To get straight to the point..

      My package: Max
      My speed: 2mbps
My location from the exchange: 2 km(according to www.samknows.com)

It's not one site that has bad speeds or anything, I have taken multiple speed tests, downloaded from atleast 50 different sites, and can just generally tell by the time it takes to load pages, etc.

I've phoned up multiple times, but each time I get different answers that don't make much sense. This to me seems like they have no idea either.
