      Yaaay! Finally!

      Hi all,

At last! I've finally been activated! Only 24 days past my activation date too...lol

Anyway, these are the stats i'm getting,

Connection Speed, 15323 kbps down and 766kbps up
Line Attenuation 22.5db down and 12.4db up
Noise Margin 12.7db down and 12.6 db up

I'm 590 meters from my exchange so does this look good? I only ask as i did a speed test and it came back with a download speed of roughly 1500K/s. Great i thought...then i tried to download a file and it was noticeably slower than my 8 meg AOL i just migrated from. Could it just be the time of day i tried it (about 6pm)?

      Cheers guys.

hello Rezza and welcome to skyuser
that speed looks very good for them stats, and the slowdown could be due to testing at peak time im afraid try the test again later at night or early morning.
