This is according to their checker, definitely getting nowhere near that though. I have a steam account, being legit and buying software. I can start a game up (such as Street Fighter 4), then go to the kitchen, make myself a bacon and egg sandwich and cup of tea. Even eat the sarnie and the game still hasn't launched by the time I get back. This is absolute BS. If you can't provide what you claim to, don't bother. It's instantaneous during the day. My user name says it all.

I must say Congestion was one problem i never had of ADSL.

It was very rare that it would drop and if it did it would be a network fault and fixed in 48 hours.

Your problem is that Sky Connect is not LLU and so is way, way over capacity with not enough room for everyone, especially in peak hours (5pm-midnight), the only solution is to move to either an LLU supplier or a better managed BT network such as Plusnet.

Hi you do realise that this thread is over 3yrs old. If you want some up dated threads on the connect package look at theses http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-b...ect-users.html and http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-b...owed-down.html There are many more about the problems with the connect package which are up to date. Why not start your own thread if you are trying to get some answers.
