      Download speed shocking any help ?

      here are my stats...
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 454 kbps 604 kbps
      Line Attenuation 67.5 db 39.9 db
      Noise Margin 12.4 db 10.6 db

      Are they bad or good and btw im only getting 50kb/s ps which to me is shocking !

      50kb/s download is about right for those stats. First off your speed has been capped and you can get more - maybe 2mb. You may also want to get sky to put your line onto G.DMT (ADSL1) as you have a long line and it may cope better at a higher speed with it. Either way you need to get onto the phone to improve it.
      To look for further improvement you can try your router in the test master socket (info in link on left) and post stats from there.

      If i do what you said in the message how much could my internet download speed increase ?

      Optimistically you should get up to 2.5mb maybe even 3mb. So 260kb/s to 300kb/s
