Well to update today after i emailed Sky about being capped. They have sent me an email back today saying
Thank you for contacting Sky Help Centre.
I have re-configured the settings on your broadband line in order to stabilise the connection. Please monitor your connection for the next 72hrs, and if you continue to experience any issues, feel free to contact us again.

Now this sounds promising so I just did a speed test. I am downloading the new Iphone 4.0 software at the same time so probably not the best idea - but I couldnt wait! The result below show quite a bit improved speeds. Is this the best I could hope for, My Sky says my line is capable of up to 4.5Mb?
