Many will not believe it, but Speedtest.net is about the worst speedtester you will find. Your results prove it.
In saying that your stats show that you are syncing a bit lower than you should, with a bit of luck you could see very near the full 20 Mb. Plug into you Test socket and post your stats from there.

We'll it's now day 3 of 10 and here's my new stats... still no drop outs or bad packets

Wow that's a very nice speed you've got there, Looks like your not going to need to call sky at all. Keep the router plugged in for the next 6 or 7 days and you'll be perfectly fine. Although there is the odd occasion your ping times might be a little high so if that's the case you might want to give sky one quick ring and ask them to set speeds to 8ms so web pages load up nice a quick.
