      Terrible speeds since switchng phone provider to SKY

      Hi guys,

      new to the site,

      I had been with BT for years and always had sky broadband the everyday package,

      I always used to get a good 6-8 download speed, i changed to sky talk about 3 weeks ago and the interent has been terrible,

      on speedtes.net i now get about 1.22 - 2 (max) download speed, upload is sitting at 0.19 just now and ping is 73ms

      Before i got sky talk i never had an issues with broadband and i have had it for about 4 years, i called sky up and they didn't offer any help at all, said that sometimes it goes slow, but this has been for about 3 weeks now.

      My pc in office is fine, a bit slower but my laptop which i connect through the wireless is just terrible, internet doesn't come on and when it does it trys to load a page (basic page like google) for about 5 mins then just stops, its like having the old dial up again!!

      Advice would be great guys
