Questions
Just like to ask you guys, If my cap on my download speed gets removed will me Noise Margine decrease? because at the moment its in between 14 and 15db and if it was to decrease would my line get unstable or would it be ok?

The noise margin will decrease, but it should not be lowered enough to effect the stability of the line. The agent will probably set it at 7 and raise it if the line looks unstable.

Cool thanks, also I was wondering. I play games online on Xbox360 quite a bit and my ping doesn't seem to be all that great, Is there anyway to lower my latency?

When you call Sky about your speed ask them if they can lower your Delay as you are a gamer and require a low ping rate.
