      Connection Speed 761 kbps 554 kbps
      Line Attenuation 53.5 db 32.8 db
      Noise Margin 8.3 db 10.5 db

      Still looking bad. What have Sky said? There is a chance that your router is faulty, have you got another one you could try?

      Hadn't thought of a router problem, unfortunately I don't have a spare to test. Was convinced it was the line, seemed too much of a coincidence otherwise.

      Going to give sky another ring now
