      Can I get more speed?

I've been on Sky Max (now unlimited) for about a year now and feel I should be getting better speeds than I get, although I just put that down to a bad line and planned to do something about it sometime when I get time. However I have just been transferred to the new Sky broadband/talk network and checked my speed again out of curiosity and saw that my speed had increased. Should I still be getting more, especially upload speed or is this as good as it gets?

Re: Can I get more speed?

Your upstream does have sufficient room for improvement. Call up sky and get it uncapped and it should sync higher. In saying that, configuring SVBN customers is sometimes hit or miss... some lines that should be able to sync higher just refuse to.
