      some advice please

Im after some advice basicaly my line speed is 760k no matter how many times I reboot the router. My line stats are below I know I live really far from the exchange but look at my snr.
      764 kbps 606 kbps
Line Attenuation 62 db 38 db
Noise Margin 20 db 16 db
I have spoke to sky loads of times but they say my line is only capable of getting 512k, so I should count my self lucky with the 760k. The people I speak to ask to plug into the test socket and just repeat the same thing over and over . Any advice on where I can go from here?.

Please do not post the same query twice, it only serves to confuse members.

      Re: some advice please

You may be better off using the KANA system and posting your stats into it so that they can see the noise margin for themselves. One thing though, is this a consistant noise margin or does it fluctuate? If it fluctuates what is the lowest reading??
