Can you increase download limit a month without changing package?
I am currently on the "up to 10Mbps" connection and I have a 40GB download limit a month with this. Is there a way I can ring sky and I can have unlimited rather than 40GB without changing my package?
Thanks.

Let me get this straight. You want Sky to give you unlimited download on your existing package and I assume you don't want to pay for the privilege. Get real.
Do what everyone else has to do, upgrade to the Max package or try a different provider.

Oh of course for an additional fee lol. I do not expect them to do this for free of course!
The unlimted package is not available in my area.
I was just wondering anyway.

Then what's wrong with upgrading to the Max/Unlimted package for a further £5 per month.

Re: Can you increase download limit a month without changing package?
Can you go to your MySky page and have a look at the Broadband details, this will show what package you are on.
If you are on the up to10Mb packeage, your download limit is 10Gb and you are on Everyday.
If you have a 40Gb download limit, then you are up to 8 Mb and on Connect.
