      Very slow speeds on 20Mb broadband

      Ive been using sky broadband for a few months now and i always seem to have very slow speeds. Ive never really experienced anything close to 20Mbs

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 707 kbps 350 kbps
      Line Attenuation 56.0 db 45.3 db
      Noise Margin 18.8 db 9.0 db

      Im not really sure why.
      Any help would be great

      Unfortunately you are never going to experience anything near 20 meg.
      Your line att may support upto 4.5 meg if you are lucky.
      That would be a vast improvement on the .7 you are currently getting tho.
      You need to ensure your wiring is in order and then call sky to get the cap lifted.
