      Poor Internet speeds

      Hi,

      I'm not good with computers at all so if you would please explain any suggestions in the simplest way.

      We have recently got the complete Sky package, TV, Sky Talk and Sky Connect. Our speeds have been very slow and you can only really use it for browsing websites, I cannot game if anyone else is online and I cannot watch any clips (youtube etc) properly and I cannot download anything otherwise nobody else can go online on any other of the computers.

      I was wondering if I upgraded to the Sky Max or Unlimited package would help as I have been reading on these forums that Sky throttles your connection and it results in poor speeds.

      The fact that you're on Connect suggests that Sky LLU packages such as Everyday, Max/Unlimited are unvailable to you. Do, as I suggested in your other thread, check what services are at your local exchange.
