      There does not seem to be any movement at all. You may be better to phone Sky and find out what is happening. It could be that DLM has 'stuck' for some reason and will not do any more. Normally your upload speed at least, would have moved by now. You should get 13-14Mb and 1 Mb up.

      Thanks for the replys, will phone sky in the morning, want to get my ping down a bit as well for gaming.

      After a 2 hour wait sat night i still never got throught to the CST team, so i phoned at 9:30am today and got put straight though, the very nice lady upped my speed from 8Mb to 14Mb and all seems ok, here are my new stats.

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 14496 kbps 798 kbps
      Line Attenuation 33.0 db 17.9 db
      Noise Margin 10.0 db 10.5 db

      That's good. It looks like you could possible get a bit more, but you would be better leaving it as it is. A good solid 14.5Mb is far better than a flakey 16Mb.

      Very impressed with Sky to be honest, speeds seem constistent and gaming is fine, i had a nice 35 ping in BF2.
