Rag Test Results
Just carried out the above at SAMKNOWS site which gave me the following result for line info
"Compatibility issue found. This could be several things eg. existing ADSL connection, pending ADSL order on line, ISDN, DACS, TPON, LLU, some alarm systems."
Can anyone tell me what this means and what I should do about it?

It just means it's detected that you already have an ADSL product active on your line. Nothing to be concerned about, unless that is you don't already have broadband.
