initial speed
hi all,
just joined skybb ,activated 2 days after date given (Friday) not to impressed with the speed yet but have not tried anything.
intial stats:-
down 3578
up 766
line att down 32.5
line att up 20.21
noise 7.8
distance to exchange as the crow flies 1.16 km
reported figure with 32.5 att should be between 11-14mbs
any comments?

Yeah, this sounds familiar, I have a similar situation. One thing to consider is the legnth of the line, not the distance from the exchange. The quality of the line is also a major factor. Looking at your router stats the noise on the line could be a factor too.
Log a support call with the team and ask them if need be to talk to BT Wholesale to obtain more information for you.
That'll be the best starting point.
