      yep, still in test, but I tried plugging it into the other jack with the same results. Here are my stats. I was getting 768 UP without any problems. My Down is fine, it does look like it's been increased some, don't know if that's related.

      You are now on ADSL2+, which has given you a rise in sync speed. You are still well below your possible maximum, which is shown by your high downstream noise margin. You will have to phone Sky to get the cap lifted and hopefully they will be able to fix your negative upstream margin.
