Wishing I had never moved to SKY

Ok, have Sky BB max, 16 Meg etc etc....black Netgear Modem.

After the complete **** up of a connection over christmas, I finally got a connection and for the first week or so, everything was fine. Now, 16 days later,
      I have major issues.

Ok, lets first give you guys in the know my router stats.....
Connection Speed 15183 kbps 776 kbps
Line Attenuation 30 db 17 db
Noise Margin 1 db 4 db

They look great stats dont they.....the customer service people think so too!
The reality is that I am getting approx 7 to 8mb download and ...wait for it....
      130kbps upload.

The upload is causing me no end of grief.

The customer service staff just quote me the figures and say there isnt a
problem. Well, it dosnt matter what tester I use, the figures remain pitifull.

I am into day 16 of the contract. I did not have these issues for the first
10 days, so didnt use the cool off period. I would have done if I had had these
problems in the first 8 days. I could cry...I wish I had stayed with Namesco. They advertise 8mb and deliver near as damn it....8mb, even in peak periods. The saving of bundling everything up, TV, Phone and BB just suckered me in.
I am regretting it so much. I guess I wont be able to get out of the contract. If I could, I would dump the whole lot and go back to Namesco and stuff the TV.

Help is being adsked for here, by a angry upset and disgusted Sky BB Max user.
Been waiting 45 minutes to talk to someone for the 4th time today...........omg, this bunch of muppets are horrific!

You ever think you like mite not support the speed you are getting,
Sounds more like there is a load of errors on the line and you mite be causing stress on the line i would ask to have the sync speed dropped to 7.5 Meg but on Adsl2+
Yes this will give you a slower sync speed but should seem faster .
