New user - v slow speeds, help please

There is no direct number. 08442 410515. Say you have a slow speed issue, make sure your in the test/master socket also.

When you get through to CST, explain you have a black netgear also and they should work the settings around that, as you may have issues later on if it's not nipped in the bud now.

After the call all should be sorted.

Thanks Googleme. I gave the CST a call just after 10pm this evening, got straight through , explained the situation and they immediately rebooted my router and wound my speed up to 6meg. (They said the problem was with the upload value, so after (literally) a 5 second adjustment, I'm up to the full speed my line will most likely take).
