If you only have the master socket, with no extensions, then a filtered faceplate will be no advantage, apart from looking a bit tidier. A filtered faceplate is really only needed when you have extensions hardwired to the master socket.
Your have a healthy noise margin for your attenuation, but you will not get much more than 2500-2600kbps if you upgrade to Mid. With your very high attenuation, this would be a good speed.
