      That cant be right I am on Max, but that is ridiculous. Ironically, speeds for me have also seemed to have got slower with regards to browsing. Even wife noticed!

      That's 9mb which is better than a kick in the teeth.

      What is happening? Slow browsing? Are you on wireless?

      I have had much better speeds than that in the past. Was capped on 12284 about 3 months ago after the DLM and its been sluggish since. I had no problems at all even when I could manage to get my noise margin to 6db with sometimes 14000+ downstream speed. The last week or so browsing has got noticeably worse, but not unbearable.

      I only mention because it seems others are having some speed issues.

      I never contacted customer support before I was capped and my error margins were pretty low. My network is wired.

      Try BT Openworld and post your ave download speed. Also try in safemode.
