My stats are hideous. 54 db of noise!?

My stats are hiedous? I did manage to reduce the noise by 0.5db on the downstream by moving the filters around, but I think that is more pot-luck..

Here are my stats (I've included as an image so it's formatted better than me just posting here )



So, what do you think? Are these possible the worst ever stats you have seen? (probably not, but they must be near the worst)

Somebody said I may be capped, Does this mean that I've downloaded far too much over the past year and sky are punishing me by reducing my connection? Or is it something to do with my distance from the exchange.

Anything else I could possibly do? Is this noise level a good enough case to force BT to rewire into my home? Or what?

I would say you are capped, but the 54 you are refering to is not noise but line attenuation, thats a product of line length so theres little that can be done to change it short of moving house.
What you need to address is why you have been capped - the cabling / faceplate section will give some usefull pointers.

BT won't re-wire your house if your Telephone service is working. You need to look in the faceplate/ cabling section of the forum for advice.
