      i was wondering what this meant after i "pinged" and is it a good or bad result

      Try pinging bbc.co.uk and see what the results are.

      Open a DOS box, Start, Accessories, Command Prompt, type in ping bbc.co.uk

      Wait for it to finish, then right click, select all, press enter.

      Then paste the results here:
