      need help

      I am at the end of my tether have had bb max installed for at least 4 weeks, had ajor problems with router dropping out have ow sorted that out thanks to this site, but nowi cant get a decent speed have done loads off speed test

      that is the best oe for ages. My stats are as follows
      connection speed down 15292 kbps up 988 kbps
      Line Attenuation down 30.0 dbup 15.7 db
      Noise Margin down 6.9 db up 8.1 db
      Is thereany thing wong with those settings or have sky capped my line please help me

      Your speed should certainly be higher than that. Have you tried a reboot? If that doesn't solve anything, and you've selected 108mb speed, i'd give sky a ring

      Have you been downloading GB's?

      router plugged in master socket have done reboot so many times have lost count
