Sky Max very strange results

Ok, I got this result, great...
But when I either try again or on another site I can never get above 500kbps, and on occasions on this site I have a download speed of 0kbps! This seems to be the only site I can ever acheive a decent result from. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Tried this and no changes at all.
My line atten. is around 34-ish, so I should be getting around 12mbps, right?

post some router stats and confirm where you are plugged in (master socket extention)
something may show up

Where can I get detailed stats from (I use the Netgear V2)?
I am not plugged into the master socket, as it is simply too far from my computer (not wireless enabled)

i hate to always ask this, but you really need to do a comparison set of stats from your test socket(behind the faceplate of the master socket)

it may be a pain but it's the quickest way to rule out your internal wiring as the culprit for your poor speeds

from those stats you can see the router has only synced at 4486, with your attenuation this is terrible

Edit: there no way yet to get detailed stats form the V2 netgear or the sagem

ok, is it all right if I try connecting it to my ps3 from the master socket first to look for a change in speed (it's in that room)? And do you know why I occasionally get those very top speeds in tests?

if you have a way to test the speed on the PS3, then go for it

as to why you sometimes get higher speeds, it is more than likely down to your internal wirirng

Just tried with the master socket, no change in speed at all. Unfortunately I'm unable to check the statistics on my PS3 (can only see the front page for some reason). I can also currently not try the test socket, but is there any chance sky are capping my dl speed, because I haven't acheived the higher speeds since Friday?
