they are the right stats
you will need to do a set from the "test" socket (see first link in my sig)
by your stats, it looks like you are a fair way from the exchange (which is one problem that can only be solved by moving closer)
your internal wiring would seem to also be holding you back,
i can see you have looking/posting in other parts of this forum and would hope you have seen some of the parts where improvements have been made (in one thread you are asking about re-wiring and costs), the first test i would do before any changes is from the test socket (this is the quickest way to make sure if your internal wiring is bad)Links

Yea Im interested in resolving it, whether it costs alot or not is the case
Ill make sure that I'll do the test socket tomorrow and post back
