      First thing to do is make sure you are in the master socket, if possible get your router connected to the test socket via a filter with nothing but the telephone plugged in with it.

      Hi Paul,

      I have telecoms engineers going around to my house this weekend to replace all the faceplates and to test it plugged directly into the master socket.

      Also raised a line fault with BT.

      Will report back when i have some news. thanks.
