      looks like you are on connect and not base

      your sync speed is a liitle low for your attenuation, this can be down to a few things, but the most common would be your internal wiring

      if you could do a comparison from your test socket (see first link in my sig) and re post some new stats

      you may also want to have a look at the cabling and faceplate forum for more info

      im on the max package only 1.7km away from xchange been told my line only supports upto 8 meg

      ^^ but you are only syncing at about 5meg (and connect lower)

      have a go in the test socket and see what results you get
