Slow connection on Connect
Hi Guys, Wondering if anyone can help me with my connection speed.
I have just gone live with Sky Connect and I am getting my router(Sagem) syncing at 3584 however on most speedtests I am performing I only get around 700kbps.
I have run the optimiser and that has made no difference.
Here are my stats:

Chris, Have you tried from your test socket as per Sky User - The unofficial support forum for everything Sky! How to test your Master Socket. Also do you have filters on all the devices plugged into your extensions, including your sky box?

Filters are on every socket and I have tested my connection on the test socket. This caused my router to sync at 4416 but it did not effect my speed from any speed tests still aroun 720kbps.
Do sky cap your connection for a while for testing purposes? My activation date was the 18th Dec.

As you are on connect I believe sky have no control over your settings as its a BT service. It does have a 10 day training period. I would like to see what some of the other regular posters on here have to say about your stats as I have little experience of connect. Sorry I can't help more.
