Hi, just wondering if anyone can explain why my dl speed has dropped. On the MAX package and have been getting speeds of around 8meg, but that has now dropped to around i6 or 6.5meg. Stats below? Any ideas...... Also if understood the stickied posts right then should'nt I be getting around 10meg??

Re: Speed dropped......
with that attenuation 8MB stable is prob the best id expect to see - ignore that att/line length graph thingy that's dotted about, very rarely is that correct...
but yeah, you've been capped - im guessing you complained about speed before-------------------------------------------

Re: Speed dropped......
No havent complained. Had some hassle about a month ago, when router was saying it was connected but wouldnt show any pages.
Think it would be worthwhile speaking to them? If so what should I ask?
Cheers

Re: Speed dropped......
well, you have to go through tier 1 and get to tier 3 - looking at the stats i wouldn't say ur capped (line might already be set to 8MB) but would be interesting to see what they say...are those stats from your master/test socket or from an extention?...
