I've done a test at BT, and it seams that with my number the max I can get is only 400 kbps
It looks like you are lucky to have broadband at all! It would be better if you open a new thread in the Broadband Help section, showing your stats above and from the Test socket, link below. This thread is really only for results, you will get a better response with your own thread.

Looking good - sync you'd expect with Mid (or just a shade under) and good throughput for wireless. Probably a bit of line noise present as the noise margin should be a bit higher with that sync/attenuation.

With your attenuation, should you one day move to Max, you could expect ~11meg if you can get your wiring up to scratch..

Re: **run a speedtest and post your results here**

Your result from Speedio is wrong, downloading at a faster speed than you sync is impossible. The Skyuser result is about correct.
With your sync, which is not bad for your attenuation, the maximum you could expect would be about 5700kb/s, so you are not doing too badly. A wired connection would give you a more stable and consistent download speed. Wireless, no matter how good your connection, will always be liable to interference, which can slow the speed or at worst drop your wireless connection completely. If you can get away with it, drill some holes and connect by ethernet. You could consider Homeplugs, but these are a lot more expensive than cable.
