No your router sync is excellent for your attenuation.
However you might want to do something about those line errors

my stats after UPnP disabling and i rang sky and they setted my max delays to 8 tell me if those stats are good now ->

the bit of stats next to CRC wants to be ideally as close to zero as possible - its gonna be a socket issue more than likely and without replacing that i doubt you'll get anything better....
