No, you've not been capped - you just have a highish attenuation (long line). Actually, you'd probably be better off on G.DMT. You'd have little or no speed hit but your connection could be more stable. That's something you can do yourself using Mognuts utility. If you don't like the result then you can switch back.
PS please amend your Skyuser profile if you're on Max not Mid.

Not good, but not as bad as some. As I said before, switching to G.DMT would be a good thing as the line errors would be lower. Whether you do that or not, fixing whatever is causing the errors would also be a good idea.

I have tried to use Mognuts page to change to G.DMT but the router keeps coming back on with ADSL2+ all the time.
I change to G.DMT click the button and when it reconnects its still on ADSL2+.
Any ideas?
