speed drop
hi,
i have been a sky broadband customer on the max package for as soon as it became available pretty much, and had a few problems, but all sorted out.
i recently noticed my speeds were getting pretty low, so i had a look at the router status and noticed the downstream connection speed had gone down to the high 600s, when for months and months everything had been fine at around 7500.
i've tried turning it off and on and resetting the router, but nothing seems to work.
if anyone could tell me if they know what's going on, and possibly a solution?
thanks.
