Problems in last 3days, VERY slow speeds, and high pings

i havnt changed anything, for some resion my internet as just gone slow :S,

but my download speed is like 30kb :\

Same here, my problems started about 1.30am today whilst playing counterstrike online, all of a sudden I got HIGH PINGS and got booted for lagging.

Yep had very slow speeds over the last 3 day's or so after calling sky they said it was something to do with my exchange (aldershot) they said they had tweaked it and my speeds have gone back up but still a bit slower than normal will post my stats later as am at work at the min

same here is doing my nut in syncing no more than 2mb and 440kbs up and strange reason have a very high snr

my pings online on uk serv is 80-90 its a joke :X
