Help plz..Really slow connection, and a massive noise margin

Just connected to sky max 16meg, and connection speed seems to be 2meg.

im getting around 1319kb/s on speedtest.net. Any ideas why its slow? or is this the only speed my line is capable of?

Hi, You seem to be on connect or mid as the max connection has 764kbps or 768kbps upload speed and yours is 416 ( unless your upload speed is capped also. Either way you have been capped at 2048 which is a 2 meg connection, Its just a case of phoning or e-mailing sky and asking for the cap to be removed. ask them what package you are on as if you are on connect or mid they will confirm this and hopefully move you over to max.

with your line stats you will recieve around 10mbs on the MAX adsl2+ connection so keep at it untill you get it. Worse case is that they put you on adsl1 which will still be 8mbs.
