Is my speed ok?
Hi there, we got connected about a week and a half ago, and from everything i've read on here about peoples problems we havent had any, no disconnections, when downloading we get about 850k a sec, and uploading we get about 40k a sec is this about normal for the mid package? sorry if its not in the rite area. And upload speeds is it possible to ask sky to be able to increase our upload speed to more than 40k a sec staying on the mid package, or is that something they wouldnt do unless we upgraded?? ive posted the file we got from the results page below. Thank you for any help, taz and tom.

If you use the test socket you will probably get 10mb, as your stats show you are syncing at 8mb, try that and repost your stats.

As for your upload, that's about the fastest you will get unless you change to MAX.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Is my speed ok?
Ok, tried doing the test socket, results are below but were having a new problem now, for the past 4 weeks or so now we have been happily been able to get download speeds of about 850k a sec but about 2 days ago for no reason everything has just dropped in speed, we cant really get over 60k a second now, ive looked about on the forum to try and understand the results but unfortunatly it still means nothing to me, can anyone tell from these why the drop in speed? have we been capped? any help would be great thanx, tom.
