      Can someone please help!!!

      This is the information on my connection. At the moment my download speed is 1228 kb/s and my upload is 644 kb/s. I have the max package, and have 2 other people using there wireless laptops too, but i tested my connection when i was the only one on.

      I like to play my xbox live, but pes6 is really struggling.

      You have major problems

      First off you appear to have been capped by Sky at 1024/768kbps. They normally do this when they find line problems.

      You need to discover what the problem is with your line. Almost certainly it is something to do with your house phone wiring. I'm guessing you have connected the router via an extension.

      Please take some time to read the cabling and faceplate help forum then the router stats forum. When you've done that please post your full stats preferably from your normal connection and from your test socket.

      If you can sort this problem out and get uncapped you could expect a connection of ~3250/768kbps, around 3 times what you currently have.

      Thanks for getting back to me. I have to admit, i have no idea what to do. Do i have to contact sky? It is going through an extention, is there any way round this. I will check out the other forums
