    Try This Speed Test Site

This is a discussion on Try This Speed Test Site within the Speed tests and how to get better results forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; I found this speed test site, seems fairly comprehensive in its tests. Would like to see others check it out ...

I just did two testa and it showed me 4.5Mb and 5.48Mb on a 4Mb cable connection.

Not sure I'd trust any figures from them

Oh well, so far it's the only test site that has reported stats close to what my sync speed is (not saying it's correct). As I mentioned some where else, went through the legions of stats it gives with our company IT Network guy and he seemed to think that all the stats added up.

Personally I have not been impressed with any speed test web-site, especially Speedtest.net, where I get wildly differing results each time.

Got to say I'm happy my connection is working, it's definitely a lot faster than my previous ISP and at half the price. Jesus, I've even got a router to connect to Sky Broadband so reckon all is good.
