Try This Speed Test Site
I found this speed test site, seems fairly comprehensive in its tests. Would like to see others check it out and report back your results and comments (it gives you a link in your results that you can Copy & Paste):

I just did two testa and it showed me 4.5Mb and 5.48Mb on a 4Mb cable connection.
Not sure I'd trust any figures from them

Oh well, so far it's the only test site that has reported stats close to what my sync speed is (not saying it's correct). As I mentioned some where else, went through the legions of stats it gives with our company IT Network guy and he seemed to think that all the stats added up.
Personally I have not been impressed with any speed test web-site, especially Speedtest.net, where I get wildly differing results each time.

tbh i aint got a clue :-(
I know my sync speed is 4mb and looking at that either they are 1.5mb out or its true that F2S are pants.

Got to say I'm happy my connection is working, it's definitely a lot faster than my previous ISP and at half the price. Jesus, I've even got a router to connect to Sky Broadband so reckon all is good.
